摘要: BACKGROUND To decrease the methanol content of sugar cane sprits, mutagenesis ultraviolet (UV) coupled with diethyl sulfate (DES) was used to generate a mutant Saccharomyces cerevisiae lower content. Meanwhile, effects additions pectinase, cellulase and glycine on production in spirits were evaluated. RESULTS After UV DES, S. DU9 low (97.3 ± 1.7 mg/L) selected, 12.3% that D4 only DES treatment, 27.8% reduction strain without any treatment. Pectinase significantly increased levels spirits. The results showed there linear relationship between (concentration within 0∼0.9 g/L) sprits equation y = 104.7 × −4.79 conversion rate as 24.56%. CONCLUSION Mutagenesis is an efficient way Also, it necessary control fermentation medium, other unknown ways metabolic pathway yeasts may need further study. © 2014 Society Chemical Industry
