摘要: Abstract Secular changes in regional storm tracking are examined as physical mechanisms for observed teleconnections between the New England hydroclimate and four predictor variables: Southern Oscillation Index, North Atlantic Oscillation, Pacific Decadal sea-surface temperatures.
