摘要: For many couples the failure to achieve and maintain pregnancy remains a major problem. An alternative solution for these is in-vitro fertilization (IVF). When first IVF baby was born, no one expected that this unconventional method of conception would become such widely used treatment infertility. From report clinical results assisted reproductive technology procedures in USA Canada 1991, it clear 21,083 oocyte retrievals, 87.1% led successful preembryo transfer. However, only 4,017 pregnancies (19.1%) were achieved (1). The overall birth rate per retrieval does not exceed 15.25%.
