摘要: Abstract This paper examines whether and to what extent the well known necessary sufficient conditions for innovation of a new production technique remain valid if jointly produces an unwanted at least potentially harmful output. The formal framework employed here is extension neo-Austrian three-process model as introduced in [Struct. Change Econ. Dyn. 2 (1991) 143]. Three possible ways comparing desired consumption output negative environmental side-effects decision are introduced: technical, ecological economic solution. Although adjusted can be derived, full replacement old cannot achieved general.
