摘要: The expression of alpha(1a)-adrenoreceptors (alpha(1a)-ARs) within the muscle spindles rabbit masseter was investigated. alpha(1a)-ARs were detected by immunohistochemical fluorescent method and examined along entire length 109 cross serially sectioned spindles. sympathetic fibers visualized immunofluorescent labeling noradrenaline synthesizing enzymes tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) dopamine beta-hydroxylase (DBH). In order to recognize intrafusal fiber types, antibodies for different myosin heavy chain isoforms (MyHCI) used. TH DBH immunolabeled nerve have been observed capsule lamellar layers, in periaxial fluid space close fibers. on smooth cells blood vessels coursing layers or Moreover, at polar regions a high percentage (88.1%) strong immunoreactivity present double immunostained sections MyHCI it evidenced that both bag, nuclear express alpha(1a)-ARs. receptors we immunofluorescence may support direct control adrenergic spindle.
