摘要: Besides gaming disorder, which has recently been included in the ICD-11, several other types of Internet-use behaviors were shown to have addictive potential causing impairments daily life. Research on Internet-communication disorder (ICD) focuses pathological use applications. However, its clinical relevance as well similarities be clarified. Recent neuropsychological studies try identify relevant neural mechanisms underlying ICD. Summarizing results brain imaging indicate areas associated with reward processing and reinforcement learning context The findings are consistent theoretical assumptions empirical behaviors. current review highlights between different kinds disorders. Regarding ICD, evidence is still rare standards missing. Further studies, especially treatment seekers, needed clarify convergent divergent components general specific (Internet-related)
