摘要: Resume La prise en charge des fibromes uterins depend grande partie de la precision du diagnostic initial. Le traitement chirurgical est devenu plus complexe devant le desir croissant conservation uterine. Les resultats l’echographie pelvienne pre-therapeutique peuvent etre insuffisants pour une decision therapeutique cas gros uterus, multiples, doute sur localisation ovarienne ou nature myomateuse versus adenomyosique l’anomalie Cet article decrit les techniques d’IRM et criteres diagnostiques repondre aux questions non resolues par l’echographie. Il explique points importants d’une cartographie uterine discute nouveaux concernant valeur predictive l’IRM dans medical l’embolisation L’aspect IRM sarcomes leiomyomatose intraveineuse presente.
