摘要: Abstract A flow atomization method that is suitable for commercial preparation was employed to fabricate the monodisperse nickel/cobalt oxide composite (NCOC) hollow spheres by means of silica as template. The prepared present a spinel NCOC and mesoporous shell structure with specific surface area 343 m 2 g -1 mean pore size 2.5 nm. hollow-sphere electrode exhibits maximum capacity 175 mAh g −1 at 1 A g delivers 92.5% retention after 50,000 cycles, suggesting superior long cycle stability. hybrid supercapacitor total mass 5 mg cm -2 has been assembled using positive nitrogen-doped carbon derived from pyrolysis polypyrrole negative material. This device can be operated in potential region 0–1.5 V, displays high energy density 38.5 Wh kg at power 750.8 W kg , remains 22.9 Wh kg 21.4 kW kg . long-term cyclic life up 20,000 cycles 9.5% capacitance loss also meets growing demand mass-produced energy-related devices.
