摘要: Background— Heart-type fatty acid binding protein (H-FABP) is a cytosolic that released rapidly from the cardiomyocyte in response to myocardial injury. Although it has been investigated as an early marker of acute infarction, its prognostic utility coronary syndromes not established. Methods and Results— We measured H-FABP 2287 patients with OPUS-TIMI 16 trial. was elevated (>8 ng/mL) 332 (14.5%). Patients were more likely suffer death (hazard ratio [HR], 4.1; 95% CI, 2.6 6.5), recurrent infarction (HR, 1.6; 1.0 2.5), congestive heart failure 4.5; 7.8), or composite these end points 2.6; 1.9 3.5) through 10-month follow-up period. predicted risk point both who troponin I negative 2.1; 1.3 3.4) those positive 3.3; ...
