Reversible “Irreversible” Inhibition of Chymotrypsin Using Nanoparticle Receptors

摘要: Anionically functionalized amphiphilic nanoparticles efficiently inhibit chymotrypsin through electrostatic binding followed by protein denaturation. We demonstrate the ability to disrupt this "irreversible" inhibition of modification nanoparticle surface using cationic surfactants.
