摘要: Purpose To retrospectively evaluate the ability of multi–detector row computed tomography (CT) to predict a blood supply from an internal mammary artery in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Materials and Methods Between January 2003 March 2007, 9,528 transcatheter arterial chemoembolization sessions were performed 2,815 patients with HCC at authors' institution. Sixty-three (45 men, 18 women; mean age, 61 years) also underwent angiography. CT scans digital subtraction angiograms reviewed by consensus between two authors tumor feeding vessels. Univariate analysis multiple logistic regression used identify factors that help presence HCCs. Results Tumor staining, supplied artery, was noted angiography 38 63 (60%). Readers found vessel present 30 these (79%) no evidence 22 25 without (88%). A visible ( P = .002) large size (>5 cm) be significantly related .025). Conclusions Multi–detector enables interventional radiologists demonstrating most its
