摘要: Background and Purpose—The pathophysiology of cardiac injury after subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) remains controversial. Data from animal models suggest that catecholamine-mediated is the most likely cause SAH. However, researchers also have proposed myocardial ischemia to be underlying cause, as a result coronary artery disease, spasm, or hypertension tachycardia.
