摘要: A water culture containing naturally occurring Legionella pneumophila and associated microbiota was maintained in the laboratory by serially transferring tap which had been sterilized membrane filtration. Successful maintenance of depended upon when growth L. late-exponential to early-stationary phase. The used as a source bacteria determine some parameters affect multiplication water. Naturally multiplied at temperature between 25 37 degrees C, pH levels 5.5 9.2, concentrations dissolved oxygen 6.0 6.7 mg/liter. Multiplication did not occur contained less than 2.2 mg per liter. An association observed non-Legionellaceae were also present culture. method preserving may facilitate studies on symbiosis with other microorganisms.
