摘要: Although researchers have explored the growth and impact of family-supportive policies in business sector, there has been a curious lack attention to development family-responsive nonprofit sector. This article suggests possible explanations for dearth such studies, reviews existing literature, offers directions future research examining kinds work environments that attract retain high-quality employees organizations. Such is critical as growing number workers, both men women, are seeking ways balance desire meaningful with wish fuller family or personal lives.
