摘要: Abstract The rapid growth of urbanization stresses the necessity new sustainable paradigms for transition strategies toward energy efficient cities. Particularly, building sector plays a fundamental role in driving urban consumption and GHG emission reduction. Improving efficiency existing buildings has great potential, however selecting among multiple available retrofit solutions may result difficult decision maker. This work is an application PROMETHEE (Preference Ranking Organization Method Enrichment Evaluation) method order to provide guideline ranking different alternatives retrofitting at district level. To this end, case study Turin been selected outranking five alternatives. First, were applied second, same procedure was tested double scale approach provides guidelines both municipalities citizens. proposed model supports designers, planners makers complex design options.
