摘要: Transferring health care research into policy and practice is a messy complex process which both policymakers researchers can struggle with. A potential solution to use individuals or organisations as knowledge brokers. Using range of literature, this paper explains the theory behind brokering, identifies three models brokering explores challenges brokering. We suggest that clarifying these factors significant step towards planning well designed rigorously evaluated interventions. also clearly defined theoretical framework could help us find out more about how works its effectiveness.
