摘要: OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the impact on quality of care provided for childhood diarrhoea and pneumonia in Bihar, India, a large-scale, social franchising telemedicine programme - World Health Partners' Sky Program. METHODS: We investigated changes associated with knowledge performance health-care providers by carrying out 810 assessments representative sample areas where was not implemented.
