N-Soliton Solutions of Model Equations for Shallow Water Waves

摘要: N -soliton solutions of two model equations for shallow water waves are obtained. Both have the same linear dispersion relations and similar nonlinearities. One them belongs to class solvable by inverse scattering method other dependent variable transformation method. The difference in forms between shows characteristics methods.
