摘要: Temporal variability in the concentration of toxic heptapeptide microcystin was studied during warm season four years (1991–1994) a hypertrophic lake (Lake Suwa) central Honshu, Japan. Lake water samples (ca. 5 L) were filtered to separate intracellular (cell fraction) from extracellular (filtered fraction). These fractions analyzed measure total quantity water. Total amounts extra- and measured with high performance liquid chromatography. Concentrations usually exceeded concentrations (24 out 26 times). High found exponential growth phase blooms, whereas highest at end blooms. However, remained very small ( 20%) blooms suggests that release cells occurs senescence decomposition period Microcystis cells. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Environ Toxicol Water Qual 13: 61–72,
