摘要: Evolution of homochirality requires an initial enantiomeric excess (EE) between right and left-handed biomolecules. We show that magnetic circular dichroism (MCD) sun's ultraviolet C light by oxygen in Archaean earth's anoxic atmosphere followed chirally selective damage biomolecules due to (CD) can generate EE correct handedness. Our calculation uses published data for CD accepted magnitude field. Independent atmospheric concentration calculated has the same sign all pyrimidine nucleosides which is opposite amino-acids. Purine have smaller values with pyrimidines but are less susceptible UV damage. Homochirality explained origin prebiotic life one hemisphere earth its evolution ~ ± 1 before reversal terrestrial Chirality decided direction field where originated on earth.
