摘要: ABSTRACT A mouse lymphatic endothelial cell (SVEC4-10) in vitro model was developed and found to be effective the study of antioxidant activity γ-oryzanol rice bran. The critical vital parameters developing these models included emulsion preparation hydrophobic compounds, consistent management culture, selection viability detection methods compatible with lines test substances. SVEC4-10 line had a fast metabolism consequently could used determine substance relatively rapid manner.
