摘要: Achyranthes aspera L. (Amaranthaceae) has long been used in different systems of medicine the treatment cancer, leprosy, asthma, fistula, piles, arthritis, wound, insect and snake bite, dandruff, hepatitis, renal disorders, dermatological gynecological gonorrhea, malaria, fever, cough, diabetes, pyorrhea, dysentery, opthalmia, rabies, hysteria, toothache etc. The plant as antimicrobial, larvicidal, antifertility, immunostimulant, hypoglycemic, hypolipidemic, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, diuretic, cardiac stimulant, antihypertensive, anti-anasacra, analgesic, antipyretic, antinoiceptive, prothyrodic, antispasmodic hepatoprotective. current review deals with enormous amount scientific research reports available aspects this involving phytochemistry pharmacology. This also includes on morphology, anatomy, ecology, pathology, tissue culture, chromosome study medicinal uses plant.
