摘要: Abstract Objective To determine the pharmacodynamic effects of oral ivabradine in cats. Animals Eight healthy, adult domestic short hair Methods Each cat underwent four study periods 24 h, receiving either one dose placebo or (0.1 mg/kg, 0.3 mg/kg, and 0.5 mg/kg) a single-blind randomized crossover study. Clinical tolerance was assessed hourly for first 8 h, at 12 h, end 24-h period. Heart rate blood pressure were monitored continuously 18–24 h via radiotelemetry after each treatment.
