摘要: In recent years, the bidirectional relationship between nervous and immune system has become increasingly clear, its role in both homeostasis inflammation been well documented over years. Since introduction of cholinergic anti-inflammatory pathway, there an increased interest parasympathetic regulation innate adaptive responses, including T helper 2 responses. Increasing evidence emerging suggesting a for pathophysiology allergic diseases, rhinitis, asthma, food allergy, atopic dermatitis. this review, we will highlight modulation by nicotinic muscarinic receptors several key aspects inflammatory response, barrier function, effector cells A better understanding these processes mediating type disorders might lead to novel therapeutic approaches treat diseases.
