摘要: Sampling devices differing greatly in shape, size and operating condition have been used to collect air samples determine rates of emission volatile substances, including odour. However, physical chemistry principles, particular the partitioning substances between two phases as explained by Henrys Law relationship wind velocity rate, suggests that different cannot be expected provide equivalent rate estimates. Thus several problems are associated with use static dynamic chambers, but more turbulent such tunnels do not appear subject these problems. In general, ability relate estimates obtained from tunnel measurements those derived device-independent techniques supports can input data for dispersion models.
