摘要: A cellular system supports dispatch and datagram operations. The architecture of a conventional system, such as the GSM is modified by adding local area network (TIL) where nodes on include various base switching controllers (BSC). BSC has Switching Interface Module (SIM) which provides an interface to TIL. TIL may also one or more gateways (40) landline based networks. operation uses appropriate gateway complete data path includes RF segment from BSC. Dispatch operations provide for so that at level below Mobile Center (MSC). For example, compressed voice traffic received be transmitted over another it sent mobile receiver (MS).
