The Need and Use the Rural ICT Services in Iranian Rural Areas

摘要: Nowadays, Internet access and use of information resources in all human societies are experiencing a rising trend, different communities used each with multiple infrastructures due to the benefits ICT. The present study was based on applied research. In this research, hybrid approach involving quantitative methods (survey) qualitative (observation, interviews) used. Statistical population consists two parts, first part responsible for rural ICT offices, 125 people using Cochran Formula 80 subjects were selected as sample, second sample villages 84,836 formula randomized-comparative method studied sample. questionnaire subjected reliability testing by data collection pilot Cronbach’s Alpha value 0.73 0.95 variables. SPSS statistical software analysis data. results indicate that overall performance agencies providing services lower-middle offices banking has received place, final ranking provision health services. showed employment, level education family size effect rate offices.
