摘要: By means of a combined coincidence and time-of-flight technique, charge-state distributions the noble-gas atoms He, Ne, Ar, Kr Xe have been measured after electron capture by 40-2000 keV/amu hydrogen ions. At low energies, where from outermost shell target atom dominates, singly charged state is most abundant one, but large fractions doubly even triply ions are also seen. In helium neon, at energies resemble those found in photoionisation shell, whereas argon there seems to be discrepancy. high inner shells governed vacancy cascades which capable producing multiple ionisation. Initial estimated high-energy region analysis discussed relation theory previous data.
