摘要: Abstract This paper addresses the phenomenon of mode-mixing in acoustic and optical branches vibrational modes III-V compounds, its effect on electron-phonon interaction. A description is given based analytic lattice-dynamics model long wavelengths diamond lattice valency force fields (VFF). known to give good results for elastic constants, it allows an account be optical-mode elasticity. versatility motivates presentation full here. Its application polar material introduces effects associated with difference atomic masses differences valence bonding, both which are source mixing towards short wavelengths.
