摘要: Abstract Incorporating silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs) into surface structure is one of the way to prepare antibacterial surfaces. This study focuses on preparation polymer by grafting polyethylene terephthalate (PET) with Ag NPs differing method preparation. NP dispersions were synthesized chemical NPCH), electrochemical NPE) and physical NPP) methods. They characterized transmission electron microscopy UV–Vis spectroscopy. grafted onto plasma treated PET using dithiol interlayer because high affinity thiol groups. Success was determined X–ray photoelectron energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopies. Atomic force scanning microscopes also showed presence both PET. Prepared samples subjected tests against Escherichia coli Staphylococcus epidermidis. NPE smallest their amount highest. Therefore, would be expected have best effect. However, highest activity (for strains) turned out NPP far greater situated more in volume layer than itself.
