All successfully removed. However, internal artery bifurcation injured 11 (27.5 %). Shamblin class III previous biopsy risk factors vascular injury. Postoperative cranial nerves deficit found 20 % CNS complication occurred two (5 %). There no surgical mortality. Additionally, upon mean follow-up period 36 months, recurrence or malignant transformation detected study. Multidisciplinary approach, early detection, meticulous preoperative evaluation, modern technique are key success removal.
