摘要: An improved gas phase sampler and a recently developed nonenzymatic measurement method for H2O2 HOCH2OOH(HMHP) are described. The is equipped with surfaceless intake to alleviate heterogeneous loss of in the sampling line. makes use aqueous Fention reaction capable speciation between HMHP, using dual channel technique. By adding third employing well-established p-hydroxyphenylacetic acid (POHPAA) horseradish peroxidase total peroxide measurement, it possible differentiate H2O2, other organic peroxides, if present. technique was successfully deployed field study at George L. Smith III State Park, Georgia (82°20′W, 32°30′N). Preliminary data analysis indicates that measured peroxides range from 0.4 ∼6 ppbv, depending on meteorological conditions, mostly constitute 20 80% peroxides. work reported here represents first continuous real-time measurements these atmosphere.
