摘要: OBJECTIFS : Determiner la mesure dans laquelle les habiletes des adultes canadiens a preparer aliments, cuisiner et utiliser jardins prives ou communautaires sont liees au statut d’insecurite alimentaire du menage; comparer habitudes de cuisine d’achat produits d’epicerie menages aux prises non avec l’insecurite alimentaire. METHODE Nos donnees proviennent deux « modules reponse rapide » annexes l’Enquete sur sante collectivites canadiennes en 2012 2013. L’echantillon d’analyse comptait 16 496 repondants 18 ans plus. Nous avons mene analyses regression logistique multivariees pour determiner l’association entre cuisiner, note d’habilete repas, l’utilisation jardins, autodeclarees par adultes, tout tenant compte caracteristiques sociodemographiques. RESULTATS Les n’etaient pas sensiblement differents autres ce qui trait leur habilete repas ni l’une l’autre ces variables ne predisait probabilite menage lorsque sociodemographiques etaient compte. moins susceptibles jardiner s’alimenter, mais le jardinage n’etait lie Magasiner un budget etait plus courant chez alimentaire, aucune autre difference n’a ete observee magasinage aussi que d’adapter recettes rendre saines, ils avaient une elevee reduire teneur matieres grasses. CONCLUSION constatations indiquent Canada n’est probleme competences alimentaires insuffisantes.
