摘要: Abstract Since its inception in 2001, the Center for Management and Strategic Studies (CGEE) has as main activity conduct of foresight studies support decision making process related to establishment ST&I policies activities Brazil. The methodology used by center combines quantitative qualitative methods. Explicit tacit knowledge is mobilized developing complementary or differentiated visions future. Most conducted CGEE begin with data monitoring activities, use text mining techniques. One case study carried out on field nanotechnology presented.
