摘要: Although the effects of a variety peptide and steroid hormones on phosphate reabsorption excretion by human kidney have been well established, there is relatively little information regarding vitamin D control in humans. On basis observed responses hypoparathyroid subjects to therapy, Albright Reifenstein concluded 1948 that was Phosphaturic (Albright Reifenstein, 1948). Conversely, demonstrations an increase tubular osteomalacic patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism following administration before changes serum calcium could be detected suggested opposite effect (Bordier et al., 1969) (Table 1).
