摘要: Carbonic anhydrase was extracted from the excised processes of ciliary bodies 10 pairs enucleated human eyes, and isoenzyme composition assayed by measuring degree inhibition produced acetazolamide at two standard concentrations. Also, effect incubating with iodoacetate determined in these eyes. Only C detected. Accordingly, it seems that differences reduction intraocular pressure are common among patients treated for glaucoma systemic carbonic inhibitors, despite uniform serum concentrations, not attributable to interindividual variation isoenzymes processes.
