摘要: Chemical composition of propolis depends on the plant source and thus geographic climatic characteristics site collection. The aim this study was to investigate chemical profile Greek Chinese extracts from different regions suggest similarities differences between them. Untargeted ultrahigh-performance liquid chromatography coupled hybrid quadrupole-Orbitrap mass spectrometry (UHPLC-HRMS) method developed 22 23 samples Greece China, respectively, were analyzed. experimental data led observation that there is considerable variability in terms quality distinctive samples. Partial least squares - discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) orthogonal partial squares-discriminant (OPLS-DA) models constructed allowed identification significant features for sample discrimination, adding relevant information class-determining metabolites. overexpressed compounds are characteristic poplar type propolis, whereas overexpress latter diterpenes Mediterranean type.
