摘要: Abstract This paper presents a method to obtain optimum topologies of structures subject impact loads that produce geometric and material nonlinear behavior, surface contact, friction, other phenomena in shell three-dimensional structures. The main feature this is an algorithm does not use sensitivity (gradient) information require large number iterations. A criterion called prescribed plastic strain/stress used circumvent the lack information. Additionally, controlled crash behavior (CCB) included simulation phase allowing design engineers prescribe improved structural behavior. An application vehicle front rail presented.
