摘要: Traditionally, clinicians have utilized various physical characteristics as criteria to assess the functional status of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL)-insufficient athletes without validating efficacy such assessments. The primary purposes this study were determine relationship between traditionally used and capacity individuals with an ACL insufficiency compare results two groups ACL-insufficient athletes. Forty-one subjects tested for strength power on isokinetic device, anthropometric characteristics, function using three performance tests (FPT). Results revealed that conventional correlated poorly (r = .01 r .42) tests. Additionally, who able return preinjury levels activity performed significantly (p < 0.05) better FPT than those unable activities. Based study, use traditional predicting in athlete may be inappropriate, designed appear most valuable assessment athlete's capacity.
