摘要: Isolates of Tapesia yallundae and acuformis were subjected to Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA (RAPD) assay. Amplification products common isolates either species cloned primers generated from each sequence for use in conventional PCR. The primer pair derived a T. specific RAPD marker amplified product only not range other fungal associated with the stem base disease complex cereals. Similarly, acuformis-specific amplifed isolates. Quantitative assays developed both these pairs, using competitive Competitive PCR was used determine level colonization seedlings by glasshouse- field-inoculated cereal hosts results compared those seedling assessment.
