摘要: Five glucosylceramides (GlcCers) were isolated by reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography from the MeOH extracts of a marine sponge, Haliclona (Reniera) sp., collected coast Ulleung Island, Korea, and analyzed fast atom bombardment mass spectrometry (FAB–MS) in positive-ion mode. FAB-mass spectra these compounds included protonated molecules [M + H]+ abundant sodiated Na]+ mixture m-NBA NaI. The structures GlcCers, which similar, elucidated FAB-linked scan at constant B/E. To find diagnostic ions for their characterization, GlcCers collision-induced dissociation (CID) linked CID-linked B/E precursor resulted formation numerous characteristic product via series dissociative processes. formed charge-remote fragmentation provided important information characterization fatty N-acyl chain moiety sphingoid base, commonly referred to as long-chain base. m/z 203 502 presence sugar ring β-D-glucosylsphinganine, respectively. For further confirmation structure each GlcCer, acid methyl esters obtained five methanolysis FAB–MS On basis patterns, sponge elucidated. In addition, accurate measurement was performed obtain elemental composition sponge. Copyright © 2009 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
