摘要: Based on the idea of collocation methods, a spline-based integration method for stability prediction systems governed by time-periodic delay differential equations (DDEs) is presented. A B-spline curve adopted to approximate solution DDEs using direct technique. The dynamic system then predicted Floquet theory based established state transition matrix. proposed can apply where and period are incommensurate, extended study milling processes as well. For analysis variable pitch cutters, use one or multiple curves according relationship between cutter angles radial immersion, which describe exactly free vibration cutter. Compared with numerical Chebyshev method, simulation results demonstrate that technique more efficient accurate at low immersion cases in cutters.
