摘要: Dental implant abutment systems, related devices, and implantology processes techniques. The systems include a base that is adapted to mount in nonrotating fashion on any desired dental implant, root form or blade, from supplier, together with fixation screw which secures the implant. A core, an cast customized shape as attached preferably threaded secured appropriate antirotational mechanism. Alternatively, core may be formed using CAM processes. Such unlike prevalent conventional do not require central access bore components, they occupy significantly less volume than abutments. Accordingly, according present invention more flexibly accommodate wide range of axial inclinations between overlying crown prosthesis, preclude loosening screws, allow precision attachments included abutments for providing virtually completely passively fitting patient removable prostheses, save considerable time, effort expense because added simplicity lower parts inventory required. Also disclosed are tapered gingivectomy procedures replicating natural tooth emergence enhanced by invention, attachments, impression copings analogs, other peripheral components useful techniques invention.
