摘要: Background The management of giant prolactinomas remains a major challenge, despite dopamine agonists being the first line treatment, owing to its efficacy normalize prolactin levels and reduce tumor volume. The aim this study is characterize therapeutic aspects, manifestations outcomes 16 cases admitted at single tertiary center in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
