摘要: Abstract The effects of injecting fluid volumes 0.1 μl and 2 over periods 1 5 min into the substantia nigra were studied histologically pharmacologically. A injection spread rapidly throughout whole nigra, however slowly it was given. This volume frequently produced mechanical lesions at site injection. smaller injection, however, could be confined to discrete areas nigra. Injecting in caused dye through a roughly threefold greater than when completed period. Differential behavioural (turning) responses invariably with Substance P picrotoxin injected different regions (0.1 min), but not these drugs administered larger (2 μl) or more (over min).
