摘要: Abstract The first and second-order uniaxial magnetic anisotropy constants K1 K2 of the Sm(Fe1–xCox)12 compounds their temperature dependence are determined by torque magnetometry technique using anomalous Hall effect (AHE) on epitaxially grown Sm(Fe1-xCox)12 thin films. While monotonically decreases with increasing regardless Co concentration, changes its sign from negative to positive reaches a maximum at 250 K. These observations consistent hard-axis magnetization curves low that show an upward deviation linear extrapolation field part. Ab-initio estimations crystal parameters Sm site spin model theoretical analysis magnetocrystalline Sm3+ ions taking multiple J-mixing into account explain these main features experimental results.
