摘要: The present invention is directed to a stabilized cross-linked hydrogel matrix comprising first high molecular weight component and second that are covalently linked, at least one stabilizing or enhancing agent, wherein the each selected from group consisting of polyglycans polypeptides. This may be prepared as bioactive gels, pastes, slurries, cell attachment scaffolds for implantable medical devices, casting binding materials suitable construction devices. intrinsic bioactivity makes it useful gel paste in multiple applications, including scaffold promotes wound healing around an implanted device, gels pastes induction localized vasculogenesis, healing, tissue repair, regeneration, adhesive, bulking.
