Investigating the Causes and Consequences of Marital Rape

摘要: Marital rape is a concept that many find difficult to comprehend. Until the Oregon trial of John Rideout, who was accused by his wife Greta, there little discussion marital general public or researchers and counselors skilled in dealing with other types cases. However, extensive media coverage given Rideout case has raised number questions about this subject. For example, what actions should be defined as when acts involve husband wife? When women are forced have sexual relations their husbands, do they accept part duties does use force long-term negative consequences for marriage? And finally, marriages sex occur? This paper attempts answer some these based upon interview data gathered from nearly 300 women.
