摘要: This paper analyzes a supply chain contract problem combining pricing with warranty under incomplete information, in which the supplier's product quality is usually unobservable and has vagueness boundary to buyer, it reasonable be characterized as fuzzy variable. There are two important decisions of buyer: decision decision. Thus, model developed purpose maximizing buyer's expected payoff incentive feasible scheme. The analysis method mainly decomposing into an implementation optimization problem. results demonstrate that, if purchasing quantity complementary, second-best will less than first-best one; substitutable, opposite true. Moreover, order superiority/novelty proposed model, degenerated contracts, i.e., discussed, respectively, advantage combined also given. Finally, one numerical example given illustrate applicability model.
