摘要: Seven Italian Simmental cows were monitored during three different physiological stages, namely late lactation (LL), dry period (DP), and postpartum (PP), to evaluate modifications in their metabolically-active rumen bacterial protozoal communities using the RNA-based amplicon sequencing method. The community was dominated by seven phyla: Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes, Firmicutes, Spirochaetes, Fibrobacteres, Verrucomicrobia, Tenericutes. relative abundance of phylum Proteobacteria decreased from 47.60 28.15% LL DP then increased 33.24% PP. An opposite pattern LL, DP, PP stages observed for phyla Verrucomicrobia (from 0.96 4.30 1.69%), Elusimicrobia 0.32 2.84 0.25%), SR1 0.50 2.08 0.79%). families Succinivibrionaceae Prevotellaceae while Ruminococcaceae increased. Bacterial genera Prevotella Treponema least abundant as compared PP, Ruminobacter Succinimonas most DP. eukaryotic Ciliophora, which showed a significant decrease 97.6 93.9 92.6 respectively. In conclusion, stage-dependent dietary changes resulted clear shift microbial communities.
